The day opens only once yesterday is closed. Tellers then send and pay out at their counters: every send collects the cash and gives a six-digit code, and every payout needs the right code, the right receiver and the right branch. Expenses are recorded as they are paid, and cash moved between branches shows in transit until it arrives.
At the end of the day each teller counts the drawer before seeing what the ledger expects. A difference needs a reason and reaches the owner. The day is then closed for good: nothing in it can change, and a later correction is an owner adjustment.

Owners see the same day from the dashboard as it happens: every branch’s cash in each currency, what was sent and paid, what is still waiting, and anything that needs a decision. Locked payouts, closing differences, overdue transfers and cash-transfer gaps arrive with the facts, and each decision is kept with its note.
Every report is built from the same records: transaction summary, daily cash, commission, pending transfers and branch positions, each exportable to CSV, Excel and PDF exactly as it appears on screen.
