Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

This policy explains what DusiTransfer collects, why, who can see it and the choices you have. It covers the DusiTransfer app for Android, the owner dashboard and this website, transfer.dusicode.com. DusiTransfer is made and run by DusiCode.

Who We Are

DusiCode builds and runs DusiTransfer, software that money transfer companies use to send and pay out money at their branches, close each day and see their books. You can reach us through the contact page, by email at or by phone on .

Whose Data It Is

A money transfer company that uses DusiTransfer decides what its people record: its staff, its customers’ transfers and its books. DusiCode keeps and processes those records for that company, only to provide DusiTransfer to it. If you sent or received money through such a company, that company is responsible for your details: ask it first, and we will help it answer you. For what you send us on this website, through the contact form or the sign-up form, DusiCode is responsible.

What We Collect

  • People who use DusiTransfer. The name, username, phone number and, for owners, email address of each person a company adds, with their role and branch. Passwords are kept only as a one-way hash, never as themselves.
  • Transfers and the books. For each send: the sender’s and the receiver’s names and phone numbers, the amount, currency, branches and commission, and any account number or note the teller types. Also the payouts, the expenses (with a receipt photo when a teller adds one), cash moved between branches and each day’s closing counts. Payout codes are stored encrypted and checked against a one-way hash.
  • Sign-ins and activity. Who signed in, when, on which device model and from which internet (IP) address, and every action taken, in the company’s audit log.
  • This website. What you type in the contact form or the sign-up form, such as your name, phone, company, email, city, number of branches and message, with the internet address and browser it came from, to protect the forms from abuse.

What The App Uses On Your Phone

  • Internet. Every send and payout is saved on our server straight away; money is never recorded offline on the phone.
  • Fingerprint or face unlock, if you turn it on. Android checks it on the phone; DusiTransfer never receives your fingerprint or your face.
  • Your app PIN. Kept only on the phone, in Android’s secure storage, as a salted hash, and forgotten when you sign out.
  • Camera or photos, only when you add a receipt photo to an expense. The photo is sent to our server and stored encrypted.
  • Bluetooth, only to print receipts on a Bluetooth printer you choose.
  • Sharing. A receipt goes to WhatsApp, a PDF or another app only when you share it yourself.

The app shows no ads and has no analytics or tracking tools. It does not read your contacts, location or messages, and it opens your photos only when you choose one for a receipt.

How We Use It

To run DusiTransfer for your company: to record and check each transfer, pay it out at the right branch to the right person, keep each currency’s books, close the day, produce reports and exports, keep the audit log and keep sign-ins secure. To answer you when you write to us, and to set up your company. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who Can See It

  • People in your company, each as far as their role allows: owners see the whole company, branch managers and tellers work within their own branch. No other company can see your company’s records; each company’s records are kept apart in the database.
  • DusiCode, to set up and support companies. Our staff can read a company’s dashboard only when its owner grants support access, and that access is read-only.
  • Our service providers: the hosting company whose servers run DusiTransfer, and the email service we use to send messages. They may use the data only to provide that service to us.
  • Google Maps: when our address is shown on the contact page, its map is loaded from Google, which receives your browser’s request under Google’s own privacy policy.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, such as a valid order from a court.

How We Protect It

Every connection to DusiTransfer is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords and app PINs are kept only as one-way hashes; payout codes, sign-in authenticator keys and receipt photos are stored encrypted. Owners sign in to the dashboard with a password and a code from an authenticator app. Every action is recorded in the audit log, and money records cannot be edited away or deleted.

How Long We Keep It

Money records and the audit log are kept for as long as your company uses DusiTransfer, because the books must stay complete: a mistake is corrected with a new record, never by deleting the old one. When someone leaves, their login is switched off, not erased, so the history stays true. We keep website enquiries for as long as we need to answer and follow them up. When a company stops using DusiTransfer, it can ask us to delete its records; we delete them, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your Choices

  • To correct your details or switch off your login, ask your company’s owner, who can do both on the dashboard.
  • To ask what DusiCode holds about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to us through the contact page. We answer within 30 days, and tell you if the law requires us to keep anything.
  • Signing out of the app, or uninstalling it, removes what it keeps on the phone.

Cookies

The website and the dashboard use only the cookies they need: one that keeps you signed in to the dashboard, a short-lived one while you finish the two-step sign-in, one that stops other sites from sending its forms, and, if you choose to trust a browser after a two-step sign-in, one that remembers that choice. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and the website’s fonts and scripts come from our own server.

Children

DusiTransfer is made for money transfer businesses and their staff, not for children.

Changes To This Policy

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how a company’s records are used, we tell company owners before it takes effect.
